Care & Maintenance Guide – Zentai Living Latex Mattresses

Your Zentai Living latex mattress is designed for comfort, support, and durability. With proper care, it can provide you with many years of healthy, restful sleep. To protect your investment and ensure your warranty remains valid, please follow these care and maintenance recommendations:

1. Mattress Support

• Always place your mattress on a strong, flat, and well-ventilated base.

• Slatted bases should have gaps no wider than 7 cm to prevent sagging.

• Avoid placing the mattress directly on the floor or solid surfaces without ventilation, as this may encourage moisture build-up.

2. Rotation & Handling

• Rotate your mattress every 3 months (head to foot). This ensures even wear and helps maintain shape and comfort.

• Do not flip one-sided models; double-sided latex mattresses may be flipped and rotated for maximum longevity.

• When moving, never fold or bend your mattress. Carry it on its side with assistance.

3. Protection & Cleaning

• Use a breathable, washable mattress protector to guard against spills, stains, and dust mites.

• Do not use plastic or non-breathable covers, as latex needs airflow.

• Spot clean only: use mild soap with a damp cloth and allow to air-dry completely before re-covering.

• Never soak, steam clean, or machine wash the latex core.

4. Room Environment

• Maintain a cool, dry, and well-ventilated bedroom.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat, which can degrade natural latex.

• If possible, air out your mattress for a few hours every few months by removing bedding and allowing airflow.

5. Everyday Use

• Do not jump, stand, or apply sharp pressure to the mattress, as this may damage the latex core.

• Keep pets with sharp claws away from the mattress surface.

• Always use fitted sheets to reduce friction and wear.

6. Warranty Conditions Reminder

Following these care steps is essential to keeping your 10-year limited warranty valid. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
