We recommend to use the low contour side under the neck for back sleepers, the high side for side sleepers. The optimum sleeping position is when the your spine and head form a straight line when laying on your side.

I've used this style of pillow for a few years now. Helps we sleep through the night and wake up without neck pain!

Average Support

Great that it's a natural product but it's too soft and not as supportive as other latex pillows. I'm a small frame but find the low contour side too low and have to use the higher side to feel any support.
