How to Use a Bolster
A bolster is one of the most versatile props in a yoga or meditation practice. Place it lengthways under the spine in supported fish or reclined butterfly pose to open the chest and release tension. Use it crossways under the knees in savasana for lumbar support, or under the hips in child's pose for a deeper stretch. It also works beautifully as a floor cushion or armrest for relaxed sitting.
Care Instructions
Spot clean the inner cotton casing as needed. Remove the outer cover by unzipping and machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not soak the inner fill.
