Specifically shaped to provide correct support for your neck and shoulders. This pillow is contoured to encourage the natural alignment of the spine during sleep. We recommend to use the low contour side under the neck for back sleepers, the high side for side sleepers. The optimum sleeping position is when the your spine and head form a straight line when laying on your side. Our pillows are made of a natural, sustainable material and don't emit any strong odour (unlike synthetic foam pillows).
