Most items are dispatched from our Byron Bay workshop within 10 to 14 business days of your payment clearing (futons take up to 4 weeks, since they’re made individually to order rather than kept in finished stock). After dispatch, transit to most Australian capital cities typically takes a further 4 to 10 business days; country and rural addresses take longer, since local on-forwarders handle the final leg. As soon as your order leaves Byron Bay, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
