Specifically shaped to give young children correct support for their neck and shoulders. This pillow is contoured to encourage the natural alignment of the spine during sleep. We recommend to use the low contour side under the neck for back sleepers, the high side for side sleepers. The optimum sleeping position is when the child's spine and head form a straight line when laying on their side.
