Shipping

ZENTAI Living will choose an appropriate freight forwarder on your behalf to send your goods.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES BECAUSE WE USE COURIERS.

Our company of choice for most standard shipments is Allied Express, a door to door service excluding weekends and public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the increased shipping costs, and our NSW regional area location, we are now unable to ship directly from Byron Bay location. Most of our items are considered bulky, get cubed and penalized with “overweight / over sized” freighting  charges. We are now taking most of our items up to the Allied Express Brisbane depot in Brisbane, which we are unable to do on a weekly basis. Shipping may therefore take longer.

We also use a Removalist services to do home deliveries ( regular service takes place between Byron Bay and Sydney ).

Shipping and Handling
Most items will be dispatched from our Byron Bay warehouse within 10 to 14 business days (except for futons which take 4 weeks in production)  from receipt of payment. After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 3-4 business days / country & rural locations will take longer as local on-forwarders are used. We ship all large /oversize items ( such a as Tatami, Latex Mattresses , Futons and bed frames ) with Allied Express via Brisbane; please check estimated delivery times for to your postcode or town/city on the Allied Express pages. Sometimes we might choose different freight forwarders depending on specific requirements.

Dates are estimates only and we apologize in advance for any delays that may be experienced.

All deliveries are kerbside, that is, to your front door only. For heavy or bulky items you will need to organize help to carry the furniture inside. For special delivery needs ( such as a removalist 2 person delivery ) please contact us for a quotation. 

Allied Express only deliver to street addresses ONLY. Allied Express will NOT deliver to postal boxes and post offices.

You can also nominate, prior to dispatch, for goods to be left in your garage / carport or another safe place (at your own risk). Zentai will not be responsible for goods missing when authority to leave has been given.  The Allied Express drivers will not be able to assist you with moving your items inside your home or up a flight of stairs.
If you require assistance to move bulky or heavy items inside your home, you might have to arrange this with friends or neighbors. If you can't find convenient help please place your order by phone, and we will do our best to arrange delivery through a removalist. Please be aware that cost for this freight option might be more expensive.

All online calculations for freight are based on Allied Express rates, with regular deliveries from Monday to Friday. It's not possible to arrange for weekend or public holiday deliveries.

For large and/or bulky orders we might choose a removalist company. For small orders removalists are usually more expensive, but offer the convenience of Saturday delivery for a surcharge. Please call our office prior to placing such orders (eg. complete bedroom suites, several chests of drawers, lounge suites, entertainment units, etc.).

Allied Express orders can be tracked through their online service - after dispatch you will receive your Tracking Number.
