We deliver Australia wide. For Byron Bay and surrounding areas, collecting your order from our showroom is also an option.

Zentai Living will choose an appropriate freight forwarder on your behalf to send your goods.

Our deliveries are done by third parties, are kerbside - on ground floor / front door basis, and will take place during business hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Excludes public holidays.

If you are not home, the driver will leave the item(s) in a safe place. 

Delivery does not include delivery up stairs or elevators. Delivery does not include assembly, installation or removal of rubbish and old furniture.

For heavy or bulky items you will need to organise help to carry the items inside.

For special delivery needs we can use a furniture removalist (quoted based on location and furniture items ordered)please contact us for a quotation. 

Delivery cost and times vary depending on the size of your order (cubic meters), the carrier and your location within Australia.

Shipping isn’t included in the price of our products. 

Most items will be dispatched from our Byron Bay warehouse within 10 to 14 business days (except for futons which take up to 4 weeks in production) from receipt of payment. After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 4-10 business days. Country & rural locations will take longer as local on-forwarders are used. 

You can calculate a shipping estimate by entering your postcode when you reach the shopping cart page. The postage/delivery cost for your order can be viewed before checkout, and is based on the size of your items and location. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Before contacting us directly, ensure that you check the delivery tracking status of your order.
