TNT only deliver to street addresses. TNT will NOT deliver to postal boxes and post offices.
For cost effectiveness we use the Road Express service. It is a signature on delivery , door to door service excluding weekends and public holidays. Goods can be left in a safe spot if authorized by the receiver ( this is at receivers own discretion ). Zentai will not be responsible for goods missing when authority to leave has been given.

DIFFERENT ONBOARD SCANNINGS
ONB – Onboard with driver
ACL - Collected by an Agent or Onforwarder to deliver – for areas not serviced by TNT
ACS – Collected Short by an Agent or Onforwarder
OOH – Onboard with Outside Hire (used when TNT trucks not available for that day for a particular run
OSH – Onboard Short with Outside Hire
DIFFERENT DELIVERY SCANNINGS
DLV – Delivered by driver
DLA – Delivered by Agent or Onforwarder
DAS – Delivered Short by Agent or Onforwarder
DOH – Delivered by Outside Hire
DSH – Delivered Short by Outside Hire
ATL – Delivered under Authority to Leave- Authorised by either Sender or Receiver
PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY SCANNINGS
DLI – Driver delayed due to Incident – ie accident , flooding or road works
NOT–Driver had to stop deliveries due to time constraints – will be delivered next day
CAD –Check Address- driver unable to locate at that address
CRC – Company closed – card left
CRD – No one home at private address- card left
DLD – Item delivered damaged
